What materials are required?

• Text book and notebook.

When do the classes start?

• One on one lessons start after your initial interview.

How many classes can I take per week?

• There is no limit to the amount of classes you can take per week.
• Group classes are once per week.

What time may I schedule a lesson during the day?

• Lessons are available in the morning, afternoon and evening.

How do you evaluate my Spanish knowledge before I start my lessons?

1. We schedule an appointment to evaluate your level.
2. You will be asked to email a paragraph that includes all grammatical tenses that you already know.
3. During the appointment we will evaluate your conversation, listening and writing skills.

What if I have to reschedule my lesson?

• You may reschedule the class at least one day before your lesson.
• If you are in group lessons, the whole group has to agree with rescheduling the lesson.

What if I have to cancel a scheduled lesson?

• Cancellations are possible letting the instructor know at least the day before.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours, will forfeit the cost of the missed lesson.
• Purchased classes expire within three months of payment.
